- Serve as the subject matter expert on marine engineering, construction, and regulatory requirements
- Provide technical guidance and direction to cross-functional project teams
- Oversee the development and implementation of engineering designs, plans, and specifications
- Ensure project deliverables comply with industry standards, best practices, and client requirements
- Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of marine infrastructure projects
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and reports
- Review and approve engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications
- Oversee the design and construction phases of marine projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues
- Implement effective quality assurance and quality control processes
- Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations for new projects

- Provide technical expertise and support to the business development team
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior technical or project management role, with a focus on marine infrastructure projects
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion
- Thorough understanding of marine engineering principles, construction techniques, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management, design, and construction management
