TECHNICAL DELIVERY DIRECTOR

Job Summary:

The Director (L6) is responsible for developing strategies to enhance revenues or services, reduce costs, and manage risk. This role involves working closely with business owners and senior executives to influence strategic outcomes and ensure successful project execution. The individual is expected to lead multiple teams across different projects while ensuring the successful fulfillment of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize services, reduce costs, and manage risk.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide guidance to project teams in estimating, planning, and solving complex technical challenges.
• Lead multiple teams across projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Leverage advanced problem-solving skills and deep industry knowledge to address obscure and complex challenges.
• Ensure overall successful fulfillment of deliverables for both internal teams and external clients.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the payment industry and technical project management.
