Summary:
This is a combined role as part of the site Order Engineering team handling technical administration and KPI reporting combined with creating Engineering Bills of Material items master and Solidworks drawing modifications as a first step on the engineering career road map. The incumbent reports to the Order Engineering Manager.
Standard Accountabilities
Complete bill of material variations for “manufacture to order” products
Develop completed bill of materials for all “engineering to order” products as required to release order to production
Prepare and release instructions, routing cards and other documentation to business unit operations.
Prepare job specific Installation, Operation Manual
Maintain and create item masters
Prepare advanced procurement notices
Key Performance Indicators
Meet project timelines for engineering documentation and gather approval at the first issue
Ensure customer satisfaction, accuracy and timeliness of customer documentation
Provide rework or resubmittal documentation in agreed-upon cycles to obtain approvals.
Additional responsibilities:
Administrative support to Engineering Department and Manager.
Preparation of engineering reports and KPI’s
Preparation and management of eng department databases.
Engineering SharePoint administrator
