We are seeking an experienced Team Lead with over a decade of expertise in management consulting to lead and coordinate the delivery of a high-profile project. The focus is on the development of a Comprehensive Regulatory Reference Guide for Industrial Activities and Their Locations, aligning global best practices with local regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with operational excellence to deliver a project that meets client expectations and drives transformative outcomes.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver the project's four phases, including analysis, benchmarking, guide development, and operational model design.
  • Define and maintain project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to the project scope and client requirements.

  • Conduct in-depth gap analysis and benchmarking studies to identify best practices in industrial classifications and regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop innovative and practical recommendations for aligning industrial classifications with geographic and strategic objectives.

  • Oversee the development of a comprehensive regulatory guide and operational models for classification and site allocation.
  • Establish governance frameworks for guide maintenance, stakeholder interactions, and issue resolution post-implementation.

• Expertise in gap analysis, benchmarking, and ISIC-based economic activity codes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights.
