TAX Supervisor

Ninja is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented TAX Supervisor to lead our tax department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance, planning, and reporting, ensuring adherence to local and international tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of tax compliance and reporting for the company, including income tax, sales tax, and VAT.
• Prepare and review tax returns and ensure timely filing in accordance with regulatory deadlines.
• Conduct detailed tax analysis and research to optimize tax strategies and minimize tax liabilities.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements related to tax provisions.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations, and assess their impact on the company.
• Train and mentor junior tax staff, fostering professional development.
• Develop and implement internal controls related to tax processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
