Tamheer – Value Based Care
Job Description
Role Purpose:
The VBHC Tamheer is responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC) initiatives. The role focuses on assisting operational workflows, analyzing patient-reported outcomes (PROMs), and contributing to data-driven decision-making processes. This role collaborates across teams to ensure smooth execution of VBHC projects, patient-centered care delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Implementation and Monitoring of VBHC Initiatives;
Assist in and executing operational plans for VBHC programs. Track and support the monitoring of PROMs implementation and quality metrics.
2- Data-Driven Decision Support;
Collaborate with analytics teams to assist in interpreting PROMs and clinical outcomes. Provide data insights to inform operations and improve patient outcomes.
3- Continuous improvement in care quality and outcomes;
Ensure VBHC initiatives are align with best medical practices. Facilitate adoption of different medical teams to the day-to- day changes being evidence based.
Skills
Experience in project management, healthcare operation, and VBHC related roles. Experience in data analytics or digital healthcare transformation is preferred VBHC certificate is a plus Understanding of VBHC principles Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
