Job Description
To manage the design, development and implementation of systems and processes to facilitate the collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting of all Provider Relation Support data
Data Collection and Analysis:
◦ Help collect and analyze data from different sources.
◦ Use statistical tools (like SAS, R, or SQL) for data analysis.
◦ Handle large data sets, including extraction and manipulation.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
◦ Assist in creating reports and dashboards for data insights.
◦ Work with teams to ensure data is accessible for analysis.
◦ Present data findings in simple, understandable formats.
Data Modeling:
◦ Support in designing and improving data models.
◦ Collaborate with teams to build data strategies and flows.
◦ Optimize data models to improve data quality and reduce redundancy.
Predictive Analysis:
◦ Help develop models to predict trends and outcomes.
◦ Provide recommendations based on data insights.
◦ Work on data-driven projects aligned with business goals.
Performance Management:
◦ Assist in creating dashboards and automating reports.
◦ Ensure data consistency and quality for business needs.
◦ Collaborate with other teams to monitor performance and trends.
International Projects Support:
◦ Assist in coordinating international projects.
◦ Help document and report on project progress.
◦ Ensure quality control and maintain relationships with partners.
