Job Description
Role Purpose:
The Health Lounges Engagement Manager drives business growth by promoting offerings, engaging clients, ensuring smooth operations, collaborating with other functions, managing member enrollment & on-ground activities & cultivating strong client relationships.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Member Segmentation & Development of Member-Focused Roadmaps;
+ Work with colleagues from different departments to help create a clear & effective member
+ Assist in making sure the roadmap aligns with the company’s main goals, aiming to increase growth & engagement
+ Help organize members based on specific criteria like behaviors & preferences
+ Use these segments to improve & tailor programs for different types of members
2- Member Outreach & Engagement;
+ Reach out to potential members to introduce & promote the Champion Health Lounge
+ Develop & maintain strong relationships with members to understand their needs & preferences
3- Member Enrollment & Lounge Innovation;
+ Guide & simplify the enrollment process for new members to ensure a smooth & efficient experience
+ Consistently work on improving & launching programs to attract & keep members, supporting long-term growth
4- Lounge Promotion, On-Ground Activities & Communication Management;
+ Plan & carry out on-site activities to promote the health lounge & its services effectively
+ Create & share engaging messagaes to attract & inform potential members about our offerings
+ Launch targeted communication efforts to encourage individuals to try health lounges programs
+ Use various channels to increase awareness & encourage active participation in the lounges
5- Member Retention & Database Management;
+ Create & implement re-engagement strategies to bring members who have used our lounges before
+ Set up feedback systems to gather member experience & improve services
+ Create & keep an organized database of lounge launched & member interactions to assist with planning
Use data analytics to spot trends, measure success & guide future strategies
