Job Overview:
As a Talent Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing programs to enhance the skills and performance of hotel employees. You will work closely with department heads to identify training needs and ensure continuous professional development for all staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training and development programs tailored to the needs of various departments within the hotel.
