In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing recruiting strategies that align with our organization’s goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent pools.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
• Assist in the development of employer branding strategies to promote Master-Works in the job market.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking system and recruitment metrics.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to represent Master-Works and engage with potential candidates.
