Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure timely follow-up communications. Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring processes and identify areas for improvement.
