Salla, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will attract, source, and hire top talent to support our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for talent acquisition. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Behance, and Github)
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Maintain candidate databases ( via our Applicant Tracking System)
• Screening resumes to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
• Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
• Organize the Talent Acquisition Department Reports
