Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and Vision 2030 priorities.Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Source and attract top talent through diverse channels, including job boards, professional networks, universities, and global markets.Build and manage a talent pipeline for critical roles to meet both immediate and long-term needs.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).5-8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a start-up, governmental, or high-growth organization.Strong understanding of Saudi labor market trends and the goals of Vision 2030.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Fluent in both Arabic and English.
