Job Description
The T&C Coordinator position requires a highly organized individual capable of working independently to perform a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties in support of the T&C team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, proactively anticipate and resolve issues, and efficiently manage various projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement sophisticated administrative systems and procedures to ensure optimal team performance
- Serve as the primary source of information for the T&C team, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all ongoing projects and initiatives
- Prepare, maintain, and safeguard critical departmental records with the utmost attention to detail and confidentiality
- Coordinate and oversee multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Facilitate effective communication channels between team members and external stakeholders
- Analyze and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and proposing data-driven solutions
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms
- Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with competing interests
- Proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity
- Advanced competency in a wide range of computer software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and database management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar coordination role within a corporate environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, often under pressure and with strict deadlines
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sophisticated administrative systems and procedures to optimize team performance
