We do not discriminate on the basis of age, pregnancy or marital/civil partnerships, religion or belief, gender, disability and we are Mowaamah -GOLD certified in Saudi.” Learn more about our culture and life at PepsiCo: https://stories.pepsicojobs.com/ Job Overview: To Support the implementation of the QFS Management System (MS) at the CU level (plants and DCs/Warehouse) through the verification of compliance versus the legislations, PepsiCo QFS standars and other applicable requirements (AIB, CAS, ASHA, SFDA...etc.) and the follow up on the action plans development and execution against all findings, while at the same time preparing competency build plans for all stake holders (QFS and non-QFS team) to ensure proper understanding and execution of the QFS requirements Responsibilities - Put the QFS Policy into implementation and assume all responsibilities assigned in the EHS MS. - Ensure the implementation and full compliance to Training, communication and awareness programs and procedure among all facilities/functions. - Own the training materials and ensure only updated versions are being used. Review and approve all QFS training materials after ensuring it meets the required quality and complies and fully addresses the related PepsiCo QFS standards and the related local legislations. - Develop new training materials for unaddressed or uncovered areas or in case new standards, legislations, systems, identified hazards…etc. or based repeated audit findings or incidents trends. - Build capabilities of the entrie staff through approving g training matrix and continuously reviewing training plans. - Collect QFS delivered training data, analyse them, prepare reports covering types, qualities and quantities and provide recommendations to ensure training programs are meeting their goals. - Build capabilities of QFS trainers throhg analyzing their training outcomes and trainees feedback and improve the training capability of EHS trainers through delivering train the trainer courses specifically for critical safety subjects / Standards. - Lead the desig and development of QFS procedures to ensure conformance/compliance to all applicable standards and legal requirements including but not limited to, PepsiCo QFS standards and the related local legislations - Roll out all new QFS systems through collaboration and communication with all stakeholders and ensure deployment is progressing as per plans. - Develop plans and conduct audits against all applicable QFS systems and standard including but not limited to AIB, FSSC22000, ASHA, QAS, PepsiCo Food Safety. - Standards and minimum mandates and ensure related action plans have been developed and implemented in a timely manner so that compliance gaps are closed and risks are fully mitigated. - Manage all external EHS related audits. Act as the first contact point with EH&S 3rd party and 2nd party accreditation and audit bodies nationally and internationally (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, PepsiCo GEHSMS, FM Global… etc.). - Build auditing capabilities among the EHS team and utilize them in the internal audits. - Leverage QFS best practices and effective processes identified through audits and verify and validate undertaken actions to ensure their effectiveness on delivering required improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science (Food Science/Chemistry)
