Job Summary: As the Surveying Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all surveying activities within our organization. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring accurate data collection, precise measurements, and adherence to project specifications. Your leadership will guide surveying teams toward achieving project goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Survey Planning and Coordination:

• Develop survey plans and strategies based on project requirements, timelines, and scope.
• Coordinate surveying activities with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.

1. Field Operations Management:

• Lead surveying teams in conducting field surveys using advanced surveying equipment and technologies.
• Ensure accurate data collection, including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction layout surveys.

1. Quality Assurance and Control:

• Implement quality control measures to verify the accuracy and reliability of survey data.
• Conduct regular checks and inspections to ensure surveying techniques and methodologies meet industry standards and project specifications.

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze survey data using GIS software and other tools to generate maps, charts, and reports.
• Prepare and present survey findings, measurements, and calculations to project stakeholders and management.
