Expertflow is looking for a Network Support Engineer to join us as in implementation and support team for MEA region. This role requires the successful candidate to act as the EF interface with the customer for technical support required for the project implementation.
This candidate should have a solid understanding of Voice networks and protocols, Linux, and virtualization technologies. The core responsibility is to act as a customer representative and work with the EF backend team to provide quality support and project implementation.
Responsibilities:
Interact with the customer for design-level discussions.
Communicate with the customer to make the underlying network ready as per the scope and design documents.
Implement and deploy the solution using implementation documents.
Conduct network-ready tests with the customer/Partner.
Provide first-level support.
Bachelor's Degree in Networking/Telecommunication.
5-7 Years experience in the networking field.
Solid understanding of the SIP protocol including the configuration and troubleshooting.
Hands on experience in deploying IP PBX(Astrik, CUCM etc).
Hands-on experience on the different flavors of Linux.
Understanding of the Virtualization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of different flavors of DBs like MS SQL, Mongo etc.
Fluent in Arabic and English
The following experiences are an advantage:
Basic know-how of different CRM solutions.
Hands on experience in virtualization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
