This position will focus on the delivery of new product commercialization to our factories, ensuring site readiness and RM visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and end to end process alignment. The purpose of this role is to support delivery of top line growth for our business while focusing on ‘right first time’ quality accuracy and speed to market requirements of our customers.
Oversee and project manage the completion of commercialization related activities on site ensuring factory readiness for all new products and transfer products from approval through to delivery to the customer
Lead and coordinate all RM related checks and activities – manage early raw material (RM) checks, ensure RM system readiness for order, track raw material status with Material Planning team, status report on RM, manage RM risks and escalations with MP team
Assess and analyze options for faster product lead times –, analyze forecasting data and prepare recommendations, prepare production options with Supply Planning team, review RM alternatives with RDA
Collaborate closely with cross-functional groups (R&D, Regulatory, Operations, Supply and Material Planning, Quality, Commercialization, Purchasing) to ensure cross functional alignment of all sites related activities such as label preparation, export certs, sample support.
Support Must Win process through early BOM review, product lead-time assessment and early site alignment
Identify and troubleshoot risk & issues; act as an escalation point for any problems and work with teams and commercialization manager to mitigate any risks to the project in question
Embed best practice, identifying and implementing any process improvement initiatives that support speed to market or efficiencies in the NPI process
Maintain data and files on Commercialization RM and product lead times
Assist Commercialization Manager and Supply Chain Manager with any ad hoc, additional tasks when required such as preparing and maintain data, running reports, identifying process improvements.
