What You'll Do
Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support Kitopi’s operational goals and expansion plans.
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, price competitiveness, and timely deliveries.
Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring the right stock levels are maintained across all locations.
Cost Optimization: Identify areas for cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain without compromising on quality or service.
Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics, transportation, and warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations and delivery of goods to Kitopi kitchens.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, operations, and kitchen teams to align supply chain activities with business needs.
Data-driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to forecast demand, reduce waste, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure that supply chain activities adhere to regulations and promote sustainable practices.
What We Are Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and vendor management. Experience in the F&B or cloud kitchen industry is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and data analytics.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement solutions efficiently.
Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities
