Job Purpose:
To manage all the related operations to the transportation of the finished goods from DCs to the customers and fridges across the selling points in all sales channels in the assigned area.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the logistics operations across the secondary logistics in all regions.
- Ensure the maintenance schedules are implemented on time for all fleets.
- Ensure the cold chain efficiency in the sales vans.
- Monitor the owned fridges performance in the market regarding temperature compliance and operation as per the signed PDAs by Sales team.
- Ensure the maintenance service is done on time for all fridges so as not to disturb the sales operations and to maintain the product quality at the highest level.
- Manage the direct customer deliveries for both Fresh and Frozen sales orders.
- Optimize the operational expenses in terms of fuel consumption, route engineering, legalization of the vehicles, and driver documents to avoid traffic and TGA violations.
Manage the relationship with the 3rd party service providers and ensure the best-in-class service in place.
Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge & Skills:
Qualifications: Business administration or Engineering or equivalent
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in logistics management in F&B or FMCG
Skills: MS office
