Supervisor, Performance Management System

Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a Supervisor for our Performance Management System in the HCM department. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and improving employee performance, as well as a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.


As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. You will work closely with managers and employees to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance performance and productivity.


In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance management process and related HR systems.

Job Requirements: Supervisor, Performance Management System

Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company in the HCM department is seeking a Supervisor for their Performance Management System. The ideal candidate will have:


  • At least 5 years of experience in performance management or related field


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills


  • Experience with performance management software and tools


  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve performance


  • Experience in developing and implementing performance management strategies


  • Strong leadership and management skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
