Supervisor, IT Solutions

Role Summary:

responsible for the supervision of enterprise applications (ERP), custom solutions, and websites. Help in creating requirements and detailed specifications and work according to those requirements and specifications. supervise and participate in tests, troubleshoot, correct, and resolve application problems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Support and administration of  ( enterprise applications ( ERP ) , Custom solutions &websites)  including implementation, installation, configuration, and development concepts and documentation. Helps create requirements and detailed specifications and works according to those requirements and specifications.
• Supervise and participate in the Tests, troubleshoot, correct, and resolve application problems.
• Supervise and Work with technical staff, Business, vendors, and contractors to resolve problems and to provide application and end-user support.
• Coordinate applications support activities through direct and indirect staff
• Develop project/task work plans for all application project activities that involve IT. Develops project plans, manages milestones, and drives projects of moderate complexity forward. Accountable for keeping the project on track.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science ,MIS & IS.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.
• +6 Years’ Experience in the same field.

Functional Competency:

Trouble Shooting/Technical Support:

Resolves IT issues by diagnosing problems, determining possible resolutions, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner. This includes providing end users support for SAFE technology solutions (ERP , Custom applications Guard management system, building management system, etc.).

Application Development/Programming / Web Development:

Develops, tests, and maintains software applications and related programs and procedures; demonstrates creativity and innovation using available software development tools and follows design requirements including web development. Demonstrates knowledge of system development life cycle SDLC.

Business Analysis & Solutions:

Ability to translates the organization's business needs into IT product solutions; partners with the business by guiding management on future uses of technology, developing IT solutions and initiatives, and ensuring IT solutions fit business needs.

Project Management:

Demonstrates the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe and according to standards.
