Role Summary:
Supporting in shaping and executing communication initiatives that align with the SAFE's objectives and enhance its reputation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement communication plans to support corporate initiatives, ensuring alignment with SAFE goals and values.
- Oversee internal communication channels, including social media, intranet, and email updates, to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Manage external communication efforts, including press releases, media relations, and social media platforms, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, human resources, and executive leadership, to ensure consistency and effectiveness in messaging.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth within SAFE.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in corporate communication, integrating new insights and techniques into existing strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, such as MS, Adobe Creative, and social media management tools.
- +5 years of experience in various rules.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.
Functional Competency:
Event Management:
Ability to plan and execute corporate events, such as press conferences, service launches, industry conferences, and employee engagement activities, to promote brand awareness and facilitate networking opportunities.
Internal Communication Management:
Skill in managing internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet platforms, and town hall meetings, to keep employees informed and engaged with company initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Proficiency in using communication analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement based on data-driven insights.
