Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to oversee and manage mechanical activities in a dynamic and safety-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry safety standards, resource planning, and the ability to work effectively within the Sabic Work Permit System.

• Supervise mechanical activities and ensure project execution aligns with safety and quality standards.
  
• Evaluate and identify resource requirements for mechanical projects.
  
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to Sabic's safety standards.
  
• Coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to streamline workflow and resolve issues.
  
• Prepare and manage work permits in compliance with the Sabic Work Permit System.
  
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and progress updates.
  
• Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with company standards.
  

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Proven experience of 3+ years in a supervisory role in mechanical activities.
  
• Familiarity with Sabic Work Permit System and Sabic safety standards.
  

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and project execution.
  
• Proficiency in identifying and allocating resources for mechanical activities.
  
• In-depth understanding of safety protocols, particularly Sabic's safety standards.
  
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
