Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Superintendent for Mechanical/Piping Works to oversee mechanical and piping construction activities for our fiber pipeline project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in mechanical engineering and significant experience in supervising piping works on large construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all mechanical and piping construction activities, ensuring they meet project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems and pipelines.
• Coordinate with project managers and other superintendents to ensure the integration of mechanical and piping works with other project disciplines.
• Manage subcontractors and construction teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical solutions for mechanical and piping challenges.
• Prepare and review reports on the progress and status of the mechanical and piping aspects of the project.

Requirements:

• Graduate Mechanical Engineer from an accredited institution.
• At least twelve (12) years of experience in mechanical and piping works, with a focus on construction projects.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in construction projects involving extensive piping works.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and best practices in piping installation.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations related to mechanical and piping construction.
