Structures Technical Director (Bow Structure - Trojena Dam Project)

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both construction technical office work and design, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key point of contact between the construction, design, and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Review and manage technical submissions, drawings, material requests, and method statements, ensuring compliance with the project’s design, specifications and construction standards.
• Work closely with the design consultants to resolve any design-related issues or necessary modifications based on on-site conditions or construction constraints.
• Support the construction team in solving technical issues that may arise during the project, particularly related to design execution and material handling.
• Monitor and document design changes, ensuring proper implementation without affecting the project timeline.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• Not less than 18 years of experience in construction technical office work, including experience on large-scale projects, with a focus on structural design and construction coordination.
• Solid experience with prestressed concrete structures, and familiarity with construction challenges such as limited access or material handling constraints.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, and experience coordinating with designers and construction teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex technical discussions and provide clear solutions.
• Experience working on complex construction projects, ideally involving high-rise or large-scale structures.
