Structural Engineering - Manager (Saudi Arabia)

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards
• Supervise and mentor a team of structural engineers, providing technical guidance and support
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to facilitate effective project execution
• Conduct structural analyses and design assessments, reviewing the work of team members for quality and compliance
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and management
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all engineering practices

• Proficiency in English (required)
• Proficiency in Arabic preferred
• Excellent technical and business writing skills.
• Proficiency in the use of the latest structural engineering analyses and design software such as ETABS, SAP 2000, STAAD PRO, ROBOT, MIDAS, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Highly collaborative, open mindset and strong communication skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders 
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a highly dynamic environment
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple project assignments while meeting strict deadlines
