We are seeking a talented Associate Consultant with 3-4 years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting or related fields. The successful candidate will support client projects by conducting research, performing data analysis, and assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with senior consultants and managers, gain hands-on consulting experience, and develop problem-solving and analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in strategy development and implementation by supporting senior consultants and project managers.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to gather insights and identify trends.
  • Analyze data sets, financial reports, and business operations to support strategy recommendations.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate key findings and insights to clients.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops to collect information and facilitate discussions.
  • Support the design of strategic frameworks, operating models, and roadmaps for clients across various industries.
  • Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and assist in tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and timely deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 3-4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or business advisory roles.
  • Exposure to strategic planning frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Balanced Scorecard, or Porter’s Five Forces) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both clients and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques (e.g., MS Project, Monday) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
