Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Problem Solving:
Understand client needs, requirements, and context.
Contribute innovative ideas and support the development of solutions for client challenges.
Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and challenges.
Collect feedback and insights to shape change strategies
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Analytical & Business Acumen
Structure and perform analysis and primary research that address business issues and generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement
Develop business cases and plans that are detailed, actionable and reflect Accenture Strategy’s deep industry, IT and business process acumen
Data Analysis and Research
Conduct thorough data analysis to extract meaningful insights.
Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to interpret findings.
Reference market and industry research to support client projects.
Stay informed about relevant trends and developments.
Documentation and Presentation Skills:
Maintain organized and detailed project documentation with high-quality standards
Create documentation for processes, findings, and methodologies.
Develop and deliver presentations for internal and client audiences.
Clearly articulate analysis, insights, and recommendations.
Communication:
Develop clear and compelling communication materials for stakeholders.
Support the creation of impactful presentations for clients and teams.
Adaptability:
Embrace changes in project scope and requirements.
Learn and apply new methodologies to enhance effectiveness.
Client Satisfaction:
Strive for excellence in meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Seek feedback and actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Essential Qualifications:
We’re looking for students who love solving complex problems or someone with up to 1 year of experience and are naturally curious and thrive on intellectual challenges We’re more interested in identifying leadership potential than the degree you study, so you can join Accenture Strategy no matter what your academic discipline, but you’ll need to have or be expecting:
Undergraduate program in: Business, Engineering or related degrees OR industry experience of less than 2 years
A consistent track record of outstanding academic performance at school and university
Strong quantitative acumen, with the ability to think analytically to identify and solve problems and drive
Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Experience with data visualization applications (Tableau, Power BI)
Arabic speaker fluent in English
Preferable Qualifications:
Experience will be advantageous if you have had exposure to any of the following:
Work in multi-disciplinary teams and leverage the power of a global organization to deliver results
Acted in an entrepreneurial capacity that involved the management of business, technology or product development
