Title: Strategic Sales Consultant – IIoT Solutions & Digital Transformation @Siemens Advanta

Today, we are in search of a dynamic and driven Technical Sales Professional to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, together with our Sales and Delivery team, you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth of our service portfolio in the industrial IoT market in Saudi Arabia.


About the Job:



As a Technical Sales Professional, you'll be a trusted advisor, providing innovative technical solutions to address customer needs and drive their digital transformation. You’ll identify new opportunities, create tailored solutions, and lead the delivery of complex, high-impact projects. Collaborating with Advanta’s CEO in Saudi Arabia, you’ll expand the business, acquire new customers, and contribute to account planning, strategy, and solution design. Your expertise in IIoT technologies, market insight, and strong communication skills will be key to building lasting customer relationships and driving growth.


What part will you play?


  • Identify and engage potential customers, understand their needs, and propose tailored solution and integration concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Delivery team to design and present customized IoT solutions to clients during bid preparations.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to management and the Advanta consultancy team.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Siemens Advanta's solution portfolio in the Industrial verticals and development competencies, including cloud and edge computing, and custom software development.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Develop trust and credibility in all established customer relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Siemens Advanta in Saudi Arabia.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for establishing and building credibility globally within Advanta organization as well as with engineering and product management units of Siemens to leverage relevant expertise.

What you need to make real what matters.


  • You hold a degree in computer science, engineering, business management, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • You bring with multible years of professional experience working with customers in the Middle East, with a strong understanding of regional business practices and cultural nuances.
  • Ability to tailor solutions based on a deep understanding of customer business goals, key drivers, and digital transformation needs.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and its business environment, with the ability to align solutions to local needs.
  • Demonstrable experience with relevant technologies and successful project delivery in areas such as AI/ML, IoT, AWS, Azure, GCP, HPC, and smart solutions.
  • Solid domain expertise in manufacturing, energy, utilities, or smart campus/districts to effectively address customer challenges.
  • Ability to align solutions with legal and regulatory concepts relevant to the customer’s journey.
  • Proficient in engaging senior stakeholders and driving consensus on complex solutions.
  • Ability to lead teams of architects and developers during the bid and implementation phases, ensuring effective solution design and execution.
  • Proven track record in managing large, complex software solutions, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of market pricing structures to ensure competitive and appropriately priced solutions.
  • Technical innovation skills to identify emerging trends and technologies that can add value to customers.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East region is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East and EMEA regions for project acquisition, delivery, and customer engagement.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for both customers and the business.
