Job Purpose
Managing and overseeing the construction site's materials and equipment inventory. Ensuring that the necessary resources are available when needed, contributing to the efficiency and smooth operation of the construction project.
Key Accountability Areas
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand material and equipment requirements and address any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to coordinate deliveries, verify order accuracy, and resolve any issues related to the supplied materials.
- Collaborate with construction teams, providing necessary support and addressing any material-related concerns promptly.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations when handling and storing construction materials and equipment, ensuring a secure working environment.
Cost Control:
- Be aware of budgetary constraints related to materials and equipment, assisting in controlling costs by monitoring expenses and reporting concerns to project management.

- Collaborate with teams to get the work effectively achieved.
- Ensure effective communication with peers and managers and show openness to directions and feedback.

Academic Qualification
Diploma Degree in Any relevant field
