1. Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of store staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance and productivity.
2. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
3. Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive prompt and courteous service, handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, and always maintain a customer-centric approach.
5. Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store layout and displays are visually appealing, in line with company standards, and effectively showcase merchandise.
6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
7. Sales Management: Ensure and support sales team in achieving set targets.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in furniture, textiles, apparel shops is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic
