1.1Not less than 3 years experience in sterile liquid activities.
1.2Responsible for co-ordination and control of respective sterile department.
1.3Reporting to area supervisor or designee as per production organogram.
1.4Planning, coordination and control of respective production resources to effectively achieve the set production targets & quality standards.
1.5Interaction with concerned departments in the organization to ensure smooth discharge of technical & administrative responsibilities of the department.
1.6To ensure the compliance and implementation of cGMPs in respective production activities of the department.
1.7Maintaining the required standard of health and safety in the department.
1.8Checking and Preparing of documents such as Process Operating Instructions (POI), SOPs, Validation / Qualification Protocols, Records and other relevant documents.
1.9Organizing training & development of production department personnel as per the approved training schedule.
1.10Assisting Production Supervisor in conceptualization, planning & implementation of future requirement & development activities of production department.
1.11Participating in the internal quality audits for compliance with cGMPs requirements.
1.12Shop floor trouble shooting on daily basis.
1.13Handling the shift activities as and when required.
1.14Prepare and follow up daily dispensing plan with warehouse.
1.15Read and analyse charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports, in order to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
1.16Handling quality issues such as change control, deviation, CAPA. Etc...
1.17To ensure cost effective utilization of resources at respective levels of Production.
1.18Lyo experience is preferable.
Required skills and abilities:
