Stakeholder Coordination Manager (Railway Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to ensure effective communication and coordination with all project stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with government agencies and local communities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for the project
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure stakeholder requirements are incorporated into project plans and schedules
- Monitor and report on stakeholder satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to promote project success and mitigate potential conflicts
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops as needed
- Provide guidance and support to project team members on stakeholder-related matters
- Stay up-to-date on industry and community trends and developments that may impact the project
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 15years of experience in stakeholder coordination, preferably in the railway industry
- Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with government agencies and local communities
- Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships on large, complex projects
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to stakeholder engagement in Saudi Arabia is preferred
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
