Sr. UI/UX Specialist (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. UI/UX Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX/UI Consultant who will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction and designing the complete user experience and user interface for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong aesthetic sense, and a deep understanding of user-centric design principles.

• Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users. Utilize methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Apply design thinking principles to solve complex problems and create user-centric designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to test and refine user interfaces and experiences.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes that align with brand guidelines and enhance the user experience. including choosing color schemes, typography, and designing iconography that align with the brand and enhance user experience.
• Develop layouts for digital interfaces, ensuring that elements are placed in a way that is both visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Create user personas and mapping out user journeys to guide design decisions and ensure that the product meets user needs.
• Design and animate interactive elements and transitions to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
• Create designs that work across various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent experience on desktops, tablets, and mobiles.
• Work closely with UX researchers, business analysts, product managers, and developers to ensure design consistency and coherence throughout the development process.
• Conduct user testing sessions and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
• Produce detailed design specifications and guidelines for development teams.
• Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive, adhering to relevant standards and best practices
• Ensure that all design elements are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.
• Create designs that adapt seamlessly to different device screens and orientations, from desktops to tablets and mobile phones.
• Incorporate feedback from user testing, stakeholders, and team members to refine the design.
• Conduct any activity needed to cover the UX/UI, service design, and product management including but not limited to user research, UX design, UI design, visual design, and service design.
