Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to integrate sustainable practices into design and construction processes.
Conduct regular site assessments to monitor compliance with sustainability goals and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and submit documentation for LEED certification and MOSTADAM compliance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Facilitate coordination meetings with stakeholders to discuss sustainability objectives, progress, and challenges.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on sustainability strategies, energy modeling, and resource optimization.
Evaluate materials and products for sustainability, including lifecycle assessments and environmental impact considerations.
Assist in the development of sustainability training programs for staff and project teams.
Prepare sustainability reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for further development.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainable construction and green building certifications.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainability engineering, with a focus on LEED and MOSTADAM certifications.
LEED AP credential nad MOSTADAM AP is required; additional sustainability certifications are a plus.
Strong understanding of green building practices, sustainable materials, and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proven project management skills with a focus on sustainability goals and timelines.
Proficient in sustainability assessment tools and software.
