Role Summary:
Develops, coordinates, and administers contracts for products and/or services, Negotiates, extends, and monitors existing contracts for compliance with terms and conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contract agreements for products and services.
- Prepare and edit contracts between the company and potential clients.
- Coordinate with end-user to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
- Continually monitors and evaluates contractor performance against contract specifications and recommends appropriate remedial action as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree,supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
- +3 years of experience in various rules.
