As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships by nurturing warm prospects, finding new potential clients to set our sales closer up for success, and closing them. This position will identify and close sales opportunities to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities and Duties
Identify and secure new enterprise customers directly. This requires the establishment of relationships with the key decision makers and influencers in the various organizations, understanding their current and future needs, and working to find the right Quant solution for them.
Collaborate with team members to strategize and close high-value deals, engaging with key decision-makers up to the senior level.
Meet your revenue targets – you should always be looking for opportunities for Quant to make an impact and always be closing.
Gather customer requirements and work with the product team to iterate on and improve Quant product offerings.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; upselling current and new products and providing service improvements.
Enhance the sales tools for the solution, and train the sales team to communicate the value proposition of the solution effectively through these tools during demonstrations and presentations.
Remain current on product updates, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Reporting on factors that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Maintain sales plans and reports periodically for the solution and present findings to senior management.
Conducting training workshops and guiding sessions for clients.
Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for Senior Management and/ potential or current clients.
