Position Overview:


As a Senior SaaS Sales Engineer, you will serve as a key technical resource for our sales team, collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique needs and demonstrating how our SaaS solutions can address them. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively will be essential as you engage with various stakeholders, from technical teams to C-suite executives.


Responsibilities:


  1. Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance on our SaaS offerings, articulating product features, architecture, and capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  2. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales strategies that align with customer requirements and market opportunities.
  3. Client Engagement: Conduct in-depth needs assessments and product demonstrations, tailoring presentations to showcase how our solutions can drive client success.
  4. Proof of Concept (POC): Design and execute POCs for prospects, demonstrating the practical applications and benefits of our SaaS solutions in real-world scenarios.
  5. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and becoming deeply embedded in client organizations.
  6. Feedback Loop: Gather and report client feedback to the product team, contributing to product development initiatives and enhancements based on market needs.
  7. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams for strategic positioning.
  8. Training and Mentorship: Mentor and train junior sales engineers and new sales team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  9. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project documentation in the CRM system.
