Job Purpose Follow up that products and processes meet the established quality standards. Identify and rectify issues throughout the product development lifecycle, contributing to the overall quality improvement of the organization.
Key Accountability Areas Quality Assurance in Quality Systems/Management
Monitor the factory's quality status, identifying areas for improvement in quality practices and systems.
Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and risk mitigation efforts to prevent non-conformity (NC) recurrence in customer complaints, supplier issues, and internal audits.
Review and maintain factory records in compliance with ISO and customer requirements.
Material Quality Assurance
Lead on-site assessments and periodic evaluations of the supplier’s system/process.
Follow up on the supplier’s action plan and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Manufacturing/Process Quality Assurance
Lead internal quality audits of the factory, including assessments of QC processes, as per the approved audit plan.
Focus on compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards during audits, especially in manufacturing areas.
Evaluate processes for adherence to best practices in handling, work instructions, documentation, training, and overall process integrity.
Record quality audit data and apply statistical quality control methods.
Review inspection test plans, quality control plans, and related documentation to ensure all processes are covered.
Prepare KPI reports and graphs, issue warranty letters, certificates of conformance, and certificates of origin.
Maintain the risk identification and treatment process, ensuring that risk ownership remains with the respective business owners.
Develop and manage material specification systems, including the material book.
Customer/External/Field Quality Assurance
Represent the voice of the customer regarding product and manufacturing process quality.
Lead external quality audits/visits and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve related non-conformities and implement improvement opportunities.

Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
