Key Responsibilities:
Network Design and Management:
Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including LANs, VLANs, and VPNs.
Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, and network firewalls.
Security Operations:
Deploy and manage Cisco Secure Firewalls and Cisco ISE for identity and access control.
Implement and maintain network security protocols, including 802.1x, RADIUS, TACACS+, and VPN solutions.
Troubleshooting and Optimization:
Perform advanced troubleshooting of network and security issues in diverse environments.
Optimize network performance and ensure high availability of services.
Protocol and System Integration:
Work with protocols such as DHCP, DNS, SNMP, and LDAP.
Integrate network infrastructure with Active Directory and manage guest VLANs and domains.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address networking and security requirements.
Provide technical expertise and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
CCIE Security certification highly preferred.
Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of network routing and switching.
Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco technologies.
Hands-on experience with VPNs, firewalls, and Cisco ISE.
Knowledge of security protocols and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
