We are looking for someone who understands and stays abreast of current U.S. immigration regulations to ensure compliance and continuous work authorization for our foreign national employees. This role touches every department and is an amazing opportunity to engage with our diverse and talented colleagues, management, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.Your Impact
  • In Partnership with our legal counsel immigration firm, assess and prepare U.S. employment-based immigration visa petitions and Green Card applications for our foreign national employees from beginning to end.
  • Act as liaison between Human Resources, Recruiting, managers, candidates and employees requiring immigration sponsorship to ensure all processes are followed. This includes working closely with foreign national candidates and employees, managers, and HR Business Partners to obtain necessary information to file visa paperwork with the proper U.S. government agencies.
  • Update and maintain accurate data in our tracking system to ensure reliable reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of responses to requests for evidence (RFE’s) to submit to USCIS on H1B, H4, H4 EAD’s, PERM and L-1 petitions.
  • Manage, track, and monitor employees' immigration status, expiration dates, and deadlines.
  • Perform pre-offer immigration assessments and onboarding analysis as well as provide guidance on hiring decisions.
  • Help employees, managers and HR enhance their understanding of immigration regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct immigration law-related research and analysis to keep abreast of changes that impact our enterprise and employees.
  • Assist in internal reviews and audits of immigration data, processes, and policies.
  • Manage confidential employee files and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Maintain Public Access Files (PAFs) to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding team on I-9 verification.
  • Monitor and stay up to date on immigration regulations and policies
  • Communicate updates, recent policy changes and guidelines on U.S. immigration to employees, HR and management.
  • Prepare various end-client and business visa support letters.
  • Assist and help in collaborating with visa globally in EMEA and Latin America.
  • Monitor and stay up to date on immigration regulations and policies.
  • Manage PERM process wing to wing, PWD, recruitment to finalizing I140.
  • Work directly with outside counsel on the strategy and details for all cases and associated employer-sponsored petitions.  
What You'll Need
  • 3-5 years employment-based immigration experience required.
  • Profound understanding of and ability to accurately prepare and file all U.S. non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications, including but not limited to, H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, E-3, F-1.
  • Deep knowledge in perm process, , I-140 EB-1/EB-2/EB-3, and AOS under minimal supervision.
  • Possess extensive knowledge and experience with compensation surveys, including job analysis and classification.
  • Driven to deliver best-in-class immigration support in a fast-paced environment while remaining current with changes in immigration law.
  • Possess a passion for immigration legal research and analysis.
  • Must be able to communicate well and work effectively with different personalities.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and manage peak workloads.

The salary range for this role is $77,900.00 - $97,400.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
