Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
Responsible for managing and overseeing contractors involved in electromechanical projects. This includes coordinating schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and ensuring that contractors meet safety and technical specifications. The role focuses on supervising day-to-day operations, resolving any issues, and ensuring effective communication between contractors and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Accountability Areas
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure that all project activities are aligned with company objectives and client needs.
- Prepare and manage detailed budgets and timelines for electromechanical projects.
- Design and Development:
- Oversee the design, integration, and testing of electromechanical systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams (mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, software engineers) to design innovative solutions.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications for correctness, clarity, and feasibility.
- Project Execution:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring that work is performed according to the project schedule.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address any technical issues that arise during project execution, working with the team to resolve them.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in the project and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring that solutions are implemented to address unforeseen challenges.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status, including risks, progress, and any necessary corrective actions.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, both internally and with clients.
- Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure that all project documentation is organized, up to date, and accessible for future reference.
- Post-Project Review:
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project outcomes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure successful project handover to the operations or maintenance team upon completion.
- Document and communicate lessons learned for continuous improvement in future projects

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
