Job Purpose
Corporate
·Responsible for the management and retention of technical support staff.
·Enforce policies & procedures to improve overall effectiveness of the function.
·Provide input to Technical Director on subordinates’ career growth and organizational structure.
·Support Technical & Methodology Director in the development of KSA national employees across the function to support corporate objectives, Saudization targets and lead the knowledge dissemination culture to ensure optimal building of internal capabilities and maximize their performance.
·Manage and conduct the affairs of the function with the highest standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety and corporate governance.
·Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics policy and adopting company values across all function’s employees and provide leadership to reinforce a strong people culture and ethical business practices
·Enhance adoption and utilization of systems and ERP.
·Track KPIs for the Technical Support Team and support Technical & Methodology Director to devise plans and initiatives for improvement.
Functional
·Study tender documents.
·Assist in review of tender BOQ.
·Assist in estimating required resources.
·Assist in the preparation of direct cost estimates.
Assist in preparation of Technical Proposal deliverables.
