Sr. Civil Estimation Engineer

Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Civil Estimation Engineer to join our Bidding & Technical department. As a Sr. Civil Estimation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by accurately estimating project costs and ensuring the profitability of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Job Description: Sr. Civil Estimation Engineer

• Estimate the direct costs with detailed breakdown for the civil and architectural items of tenders.
• Estimate the indirect costs for Tender projects.
• Check that the project items and quantities are matching with the scope of work and drawings.
• Study and evaluate all the tender documents and clauses.
• Arrange and assist in the preparation of the technical proposal requirement.
• Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate with suppliers & subcontractors, check compatibility and compare between quotations.
• Knowledge of Engineering design, construction procedures, codes and standards is preferred.

Requirements:

• Experience from 8 to 15 Years including 5 Years in cost estimation.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Civil Estimation Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and materials.
• Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
