SQL Systems Coordinator - Sales Operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Database Management & Documentation:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive database documentation, with a focus on SQL scripts, query structures, and data integration processes.
• Ensure clear communication and document control procedures to manage project phases and data workflows effectively.

1. System Implementation & SQL Optimization:

• Coordinate new system rollouts with a focus on SQL testing, ensuring data consistency, performance, and stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine SQL-based solutions, making necessary adjustments to optimize database processes and support final delivery.

1. System Maintenance & SQL Troubleshooting:

• Oversee system maintenance with regular SQL database updates in response to policy or regulatory changes.
• Provide SQL troubleshooting and support to maintain data integrity, resolving issues promptly.

1. Sales & Demand Data Management:

• Manage SQL-driven processes for handling agency requests, train schedules, and allocation planning.
• Optimize SQL queries for commercial offers, train allocations, and quota adjustments to meet demand efficiently.

1. Passenger Claims & Compensation Processing:

• Process compensation for passenger claims related to system or sales errors, utilizing SQL to analyze incidents and identify patterns in delays, cancellations, or payment issues.

1. Regulatory Reporting & Data Integration:

• Prepare SQL-based reports for regulatory bodies (e.g., Transport General Authority) and clients, ensuring accurate data extraction from PostgreSQL.
• Use SQL to manage and integrate data into automated Excel VBA processes for efficient reporting.

1. Data Analysis & Report Generation:

• Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel reports, leveraging SQL to extract data insights, monitor sales operations, and identify system errors.
• Ensure data accuracy and apply corrective SQL solutions to enhance reporting and meet customer needs.
