Design curriculum and delivery management in partnership with the SMEs for the functional areas, leverage the massive open online course (MOOC) content available in the market to expedite learning design
End-to-end design and delivery of training courses
Consolidate all learning evaluations to assess the learning module effectiveness
Support the learning manager with the management of learning budget
Interact with business leaders on a regular basis to obtain and sustain their continued sponsorship, identify functional learning needs etc.
Design content or partner with learning partners for designing content for the courses
Create branding & communication campaign for all learning interventions
Conduct quarterly reviews based upon the reports to identify areas of strength and improvement and offer support
Drive the agenda of building technical leadership for the organization- Partner with external institutes for this purpose
Identify areas for collaboration and synergy through periodical sharing and review process
Ensure seamless implementation of the same
Collaborate with functional teams in execution of their respective technical courses
