Audit and observes all QHSE related activities and policies within a location including remote sites to ensure that activities comply with the company policies, standards & applicable local laws.
Implementing, and improving the QHSE system, programs, and procedures and keep record for all Quality, Health, Safety and Environment related documents in accordance with ISO 9001, HACPP, ISO 22000, ISO 45001 of a location.
Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to SACC policies, procedures, manuals and client requirements.
Overall responsible for conducting Hygiene, Food Safety & QHSE audits and inspections in all locations (including remote sites) to ensure that activities comply with the company policies, standards & applicable local laws.
Responsible for safety, ensuring a safe place of work, documenting and reviewing risk assessments, maintaining the accident record book, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements.
Engage effectively with all stakeholders.
Ongoing review, implementation, and auditing of the management system to ensure on going compliance with relevant legislation.
Coordinating and conducting internal QHSE audits ensuring non- conformances are closed out as per agreed timescales.
Generation and issue of safety alerts and company’s monthly QHSE newsletters.
Reporting and analysis of non-conformities, accidents and hazardous occurrences and promoting incident prevention
Assist and conduct in the development and presentation of relevant QHSE training (toolbox talks and inductions)
Perform additional QHSE related projects as assigned.
