Job Purpose

Create and maintain material master data in SAP efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.




Key Accountability Areas

Maintaining Data Accuracy


  • Ensures the accuracy of master data across various systems, including customer, vendor, and material data.
  • Oversee the entry, update, and quality control of this information, supporting various departments in executing their functions efficiently.

Data Governance


  • Ensures data integrity and compliance with internal and external standards.

Data Records


  • Facilitating the entry of new master data records ensures that all necessary information is collected and accurately inputted into the system.

Cross-Functional Projects


  • Participate in cross-functional projects to consolidate, clean, and optimize master data across the organization.
  • See the clients’ reactions and collect feedback from them.

Data Quality Checks and Audits


  • Regular data quality checks and audits help identify and correct discrepancies or inconsistencies in master data.

Reports


  • Designing and implementing custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders to monitor the health and status of master data.

Authorization


  • Raise the required Authorization throw GRC system as a Role Officer.

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:


  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.


Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Any relevant field
