Role Summary:
Responsible for managing and maintaining Safe Network infrastructure to ensure the network is secure, reliable, and efficient by monitoring network performance and troubleshooting network issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor all Network Management System (NMS) tools for network monitoring and take appropriate action as needed.
- Maintain all network Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal network performance.
- Support the execution, deployment, and integration of the Safe network, encompassing network and security hardware and software.
- Install, maintain, upgrade, and back up network-related equipment to ensure its functionality.
- Establish the networking environment by installing, configuring, testing, and documenting equipment and network systems according to design and specifications.
- Address network connectivity issues and resolve wireless communication problems within the office premises.
- Collaborate with third-party support and service vendors to ensure the network's continued operation.
- Manage the inventory of network hardware and software licenses.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Technology
- +3 years of experience in various rules.
